Expose your audience as a small MCP server: a read that only ever answers for the signed-in person, and a write that changes one preference at a time. 3. Give the preferences tool an action card so a change is one tap, not a preference centre with nine checkboxes. 4. Wire the identity hand-off so a signed-in subscriber is recognised and their own preferences answer without them typing an address. 5. Tell the assistant plainly not to argue with an unsubscribe — take it, confirm when it takes effect, and stop.
