### How often will you actually email me?

Four times a month at most: the ready-this-week note on Thursdays, one recipe on the second Tuesday, the seasonal letter four times a year, and event dates as they are set. Club members get one dispatch note a month on top. That is the whole of it.

### How quickly does an unsubscribe take effect?

On the next send. Ask here, or click the link at the foot of any email, and you are off that list before the next Thursday — not after a fortnight's processing, and with nobody writing back to ask why.

### Do you share or sell the list?

No, and never have. The list is not rented, sold, swapped or passed to a partner, and the shop does not buy addresses either. If you are on it, it is because you asked to be.

### Can I pause a club instead of cancelling?

Yes, any month, with no notice and no minimum. Pausing also pauses the dispatch note, so you will not get an email about a box that is not coming. Cancelling is equally immediate and there is nothing to argue about at the counter.
