## About Hearth & Rind

Hearth & Rind began in 2016 as a stall with eleven cheeses and a cool box. It now runs two shops and two maturing rooms under the Leeds arches, buys from about forty farmhouse dairies, and sends four emails a month: what has come into condition, one club dispatch note, one recipe, and a seasonal piece. The list is not rented, sold or bought, and never has been.

### How the desk works

What the counter currently has against an address. Look yours up with your email, or sign in and it is already there.

A subscription is looked up by its email address together with the email it belongs to — both,
always. A signed-in visitor skips that: the assistant reads their own subscriptions from
their identity and never asks for an address it has already been given.

### This is a demonstration

The Mailchimp connection is on the roadmap, not in production — this page shows the assistant half of it working against a seeded audience so you can judge the experience before the connector exists. Nothing written here reaches a real system.
